Givry vines are situated around the village of Givry, between Mercurey and Montagny. Ruby with aromas of sweet red fruits and a touch of spice. On the palate rich cherry fruit, tending towards jammy, fresh, savory, good balance. Soft tannins, lingering ending with lively fruit. Nice!

2010 vinous savory nose.. Sour cherries dried flowers & roses.. Still has some tart fruit cranberry and sour cherries after the shock of being vinous for just a 2010.. Pretty yummy..

Adequate Burgundy. Cherries, earth, forest floor on the nose. Good balance with medium body. Pleasing flavours on the palate. A medium finish.

Medium dark rubi robe, griotte cherries, flowers and a hint of spices on the nose, dark and red fruits followed by sculpted tanins and a long after taste. Great stuff that is worth looking for.

Typical Pinot Noir of the Châlonnaise Coast 2016 is ready to drink. Light ruby dress. A fine, acidic mouth with melted tannins that bring a certain length without being exceptional. Well done, balanced, classic.

Had next to 2017 Domaine de la Fertè Givry “Clos de Mortiéres”. Both were slightly more masculine, with noticeable spice and red+dark fruit with a crunchiness to the fruit.
