What a beautiful Pinot Noir. I opened it for 40 mins before trying and the palette was amazing. Wasn't expecting the beautiful softness of this amazing pinot

Well, as a lover of Pinot this is quite pointless. Much too experience for the taste that you get. Rather ok as a social drink but skip it if you are a Pinot lover.

Yin and Yan, after heavy new world it's time to the opposite side, light but unfortunately too thin PN from old world. Higher acidity, red berries. Not much happen in the mouth 👄 so :(
