I’m a fool for an old world Syrah. 🤷🏻‍♂️. Old world sour black cherry, black pepper, tar and orange. Savory yet clean.

Elegant, rich, floral & well structured. Velvety tannins and nicely balanced acidity. Soft and supple fruit with a savory spice finish. Drinkable now but will develop nicely down the line.

Needed time to open up a bit. Quite blunt, without much interesting to say, for the first half hour. Definitely will decant next time.

Brett. a bit pushy but with time in the glass the earth was buoyed by a luscious cherry fruit.

Tight and reduced at first, blossomed in the glass. Lovely, savory, aromatic.

Candied blueberry with mild tannins. Light spice through strong balance. Great aging potential.

Taste the rainbow—of darker fruits anyway. So much black plum, black cherry and wicked rich tannic black grapes. With a whiff of raisin-y barnyard dirt. To a non-wine-taster? Like gulping dried dried fruit buried in soil. To a metaphor lover? This (to a female anyway) is the older woman you befriend who you get on a soul level. She has a lot to teach you and yet... your zest for life has something for her—it could actually use EITHER more age OR a whiff if of whimsical youth. Enough to make you think “this wine is wise”! Either way if you wanna think or appreciate the earth try this stuff. Mmmmm
