Dec 25th, 20152013: delicious with pork chops, haricots with almonds, cauliflower . Lots of character and not overpowering. Very tasty. Brilliant with pork. Seems would be so with chicken too, but would hesitate to pair with a stew for example, or with very spicy things. Alcohol 13%.
