14’ Loring Rosella’s Chardonnay. Color- Pale Gold
Palate- Ripe apple, white peach, spot of Carmel, lightened acidity with a streak of chalkiness to it.
Absolutely a pop & pour. Nice bottle.

Mar 16th, 2018Brian Loring, a friend from ebob days and current friend on FB sent me a case of wine. This is one of many notes on that case. I have not had a CA chard in ages. It's a big rich nose for sure. Buttery. Not really oaky but rich aromas. Also beyond that is some mineral notes. Palate has great acids, and is much more lean and mineral on the palate than the nose leads you to believe. Nice freshness and well made. Persistent. Palate is compact, medium bodied and zippy. Acids Hit your palate nicely on the finish.
