Last night I opened this 2017 Loosen Christopher J.J. Willamette Valley Pinot Noir.
On the nose there is cherry, strawberry, cranberry, spice, vanilla, rose petals and earth.
On the palate there is cherry, strawberry, cranberry, cinnamon, spice, vanilla, oak and earth.
The wine is medium body with a silky mouthfeel, medium + acidity and medium fine tannins that has a medium to medium long red fruit earthy finish. Have a great weekend and please stay healthy and safe. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷

Sep 5th, 2020Not bad. Not amazing. Typical Oregon Pinot Noir. Tart cherries and a tiny tiny hint of those earthy undertones. Only weird thing is that it has a fume-like hot on the nose at first.
