Okanagan Valley Sauvignon Blanc Sémillon

Very mellow. Sb from naramata BC. Easy drinking with a good amount of minerality.

Light straw; nose calls of the sauvignon blanc; on the palate there’s citrus with lemon and a minimum of herbaceous, but it leaves me wishing for more or riper sémillion but then this is Oh, Canada.

Pale Lemon yellow, unfitered.
Nose aromatic , fruits, flowers.
In mouth: grass, acid lime and lemon, crispy minerality.
Perfect with a salad.

Light, refreshing.

Very refreshing. Zippy acidity.

Refreshing and smooth would recommend on a hot day with some local fresh fruit and veggies and a little aged white cheddar.

Had the 2014 vintage with breakfast sitting outside enjoying a beautiful Naramata morning.

Huge fruit on nose - pears More oak in palate the further you go. Nicely chilled, great for a hot Okanagan night with friends
