Pale lemon with aromas of citrus and tropical fruit with herb, floral and grassy notes. On the palate flavors of pineapple, peach, citrus and some lemongrass tones with lively acidity. Medium finish ending with earthy herbal, grassy and mineral notes. Drink now.

We had to average this one out. The smell and first sip, we were debating on not having any more. Then the after taste was pretty nice. That made the second sip better. By the end of the first bottle we were like, “this is pretty good.” We happened to have a second bottle, which we enjoyed the whole thing. So this one had a progressive score, started out at a 7.2, ended at an 8.4.

Very pale. Clean lemony nose. More stone fruit than citrus. It’s a bit tart.
