Love the 2013 here! Fresher and less oaky than previous vintages, this seriously built-up yet generous "House Wine" is better than ever! Great balance on the coffee-tinged finish.

Powerful and very elegant with strong yet polished tannins, fine acidity and spicy minerality framed by toasty but balanced oak.

08'Lindstrom Cabernet. Decanted for 90 minutes. It's certain ready to go. Medium + bodied. The color dark ruby red. The nose is drowning in floral notes. Luscious, velvet, creamy smooth cab. Very softened tannins & light acidity. This wine is peeking now. It's got Celia Welch's fingerprints all over it! 8+ good years.

2006 vintage. Pretty much the best and most well-received can of the night. #easter at its best! Super intensity. Thanks to Celia welch this is a gangbusters and perfectly aged now.

Last bottle of 2007. Somewhat disappointing with plum jam, allspice, cloves and toasty oak, finishing with very ripe fruit flavors, but not much drive, nor complexity.

Testament to Celia and just like the corra!! So much voluptuous fruit and acid. Carrying itself well now wih loads of berry and wood complexity. Buying the rest...
