Arbois Chardonnay

Delicious Chardonnay… hitting its stride now. Salty, mineral, tight lemon, a touch of savory honey.

Sherry like. Deep golden color. Interesting but not for the masses. A Jura “non-oille” unicorn.

This wine is rockin! has some funk but with a little air the touch of sweet oak comes out and it really sings.

Really good and while aged in character kept unfolding. Good second day too.

Curry powder, twangy minerals, oxidative but pretty

Really surprised by the saltiness of this wine. First time with this producer for me.

This felt like a mix between a Savennieres and a Savagnin. Funky.

I love the subtlety of this wine. Pure elegance and layers of flavor. So pretty.

Flinty, oxidative on pnp. Day two it’s in a much better place. I dig it.

Apple, vinegar, herbs, and a bit of honey and florals.
