Lovely vendage tardive Gewurztraminer to finish last night, nicely sweet but not cloying, spicy and floral, great acidity, needs aging.

Very disappointing. Seems fermenting. Very spritzy, petillant. In the mouth its very bland and simple. All apples and ginger. Rootbeer!!
Hygiene issues in the production?
Pass.
