This 14.6 alcohol Pinot was well made but a bit of a blunt object. Too much color and horsepower for me, not enough lift or length. We blended it with our rose des Riceys and made a good enough drink with it to wash down our pork chops and dirty rice.

2009 showed well tonight. Held up after a few hours open time. 2009 remains an interesting vintage to drink now, but this one kept me interested.
