Lovely bell pepper and oregano notes. Savory, earthy and the fruit is generous with blackberry and black cherry. Great mouthfeel with dusty chewy tannin. Quite modern style but very nice!

It's been years since I last enjoyed this wine; so nice to have been able to try it again. Outstanding nose---cigar wrapper, mulled spices, and dried black currant. Palate is rich and tannins are firm, but with the acidity so palpable, this wine just dances.

Paleo White (70% SB, 30% CH). Individual and really wild on the nose, exhibiting hay, elderflower, dried peach and a whiff of oak. Medium-bodies with great presence and overall balance, highlighted by severe saltiness, adding interest to its laid back personality. Long and satisfying finish.
