Great orange wine
I guess it might even be hard to reproduce
The must was fermenting for a year, but hadn't finished its work, so to give it a kick the man drops the skins used in the next year wine which had better luck with completing its own process.
It is a wine that has been helped from the future!!!
The result is so surprising and enjoyable
The wine is orange and brilliant
Fruity, mineral and full on on fermentative notes with a marvellous freshness that doesn't leave you alone.
Long...and ....you need a magnum, I am telling you

Such a sumptuous orange wine not deep but full in the best way. Almost creamy. Grapefruit sorbetto. Great for groundhogs day or when you think it’s spring but still have to or want to wear your puffer

Fruity almost lambic in taste. Was fun to drink but a whole bottle on a cold night was too much. Would suggest with BBQ in the summer.

Art pop wine, full of energy, happy yet slightly offbeat. Drink it and listen to Caroline Polachek. Dried orange peel, white flowers, sweet tart candies, a hint of creamsicle and earl grey tea. Nice balance of imbalanced flavors.

Orange and acidic nose, medium bodied, nice tannins, tart.

Previously pressed Biancetto grapes kickstarted the fermentation process by reintroducing yeast and bacteria to the vat. This is deeply oxidized in a bright orange robe - has a firm tannic grip from plenty time on skins, smells sulfuric.

Highly textured tropical citrus, black tea, and cilantro. One of the better oranges I’ve tried lately.

Drank this many times but maybe Too funky? Never thought I would say that. Skater kid in the shop told me this was dope

Чайный гриб, апельсин, легкий маринадный рассол. Дикая штучка, но ничего плохого не вижу.

Something annoys me a little in this kind of pricey orange
