Rich and creamy. Nuttiness with a little citrus that balances out. Depth and complexity overall

So complex and funky. Layers and layers. Quince, bruised pineapple, oxidative, button mushrooms, hazelnuts, saffron(?). 2006 vintage, 8 years on lees! Jan 2015 disgorgement, 4 g/l dosage. 80% chard, 10% pinot noir, 10% pinot meunier.

2006 Yellow fruits ; nougat , mineral, stone fruit flowers., saline . Apple and toast on the palate good richness and balance with a long powerful finish . A little richer than the 2004 but just as fine .

A little disjointed, but good complexity.

Crystalline, with briny sea air and smoke gliding atop earth-bound aromas of granulated honey, orange zest, and bruised pear. Le Brun Servenay Exhilarante Brut Millesimé 2004 is understated, nuanced and impressively rich. Delicate mousse forms sparkling filaments through dense, golden-hued and sappy layers of orchard fruit and brioche. The acidity is quite focused, providing not only lift but a wonderful mouthwatering saline edge. #ChampagneDay
