Keeping it dialed in at 12.5. Simple is often the most interesting. Cellar more Chianti, foodies won't be disappointed.

ヴィンテージ切り替わったタイミングでの試飲。
旨味のチャーミングなり甘さ。小梅的な酸。
ヴィンテージ切り替わり直後だが、良いバランス。
酸を活かしたブルゴーニュグラスで飲むのも良いが、ボルドーの方が上品な甘さを感じれて好きかな。

First surprising tobacco in the nose and then chianti as usual.
Jul 11th, 2021Savoury & juicy with ripe cherry, leather & roast, moist earth, tobacco leaf and with a whiff of thyme and salvia.
On the palate fresh, juicy, with grippy, slightly rustic tannins (but w/o becoming big & burly) and good flow. Highly drinkable and extremely food friendly.
This remains one of my favorite Chianti Classicos.
