Very pretty wine, nicely floral with stone fruit and herb accents on the palate. Good structure as well, improved with air. Excellent value .

58/42 Graves Blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Beautiful golden color. Aromas of bold citrus fruits, apricots and white flowers. Bright lemon on the pallet. Creamy finish that has a touch of grass/mint. Fresh and well balanced.

Sample, not sure of the varietal percentages. My guess is a higher percentage of SB. Grapefruit, lemon zest, some cut grass, cat pee with an acidic backbone. I usually prefer a white Bordeaux with a higher percentage of Semillon.

Flinty at first but once that blew off: cat pee. Pretty delicious, if not a bit weak.
