After work grilled cheese and orange wine it’s the little things! I love these wines for some they are a little too funky but I always find them to be on the nicer side of natural! This taste of Orange peel and herbs and dry earth 😋😋

La Stoppa's storied skin-contact Malvasia candia di aromatico, Ortugo + Trebianno, 30 days on skins. Bring on the funky orange wine-- (a Belgian Cantillon lambic ale offered for comparison danced to the same funky beat)

Natural Orange Wine with skin maceration this wine is lively and beautiful. A " white " for red drinkers...

Burnt orange, autumn leaves, super balanced with great tannins and honeysuckle. It screams of Indian summer.

Turpentine, tree sap and resin; hoshigaki and dried apricot. Deep amber colour, lots of skins, solidly tannic.

Full bodied and structured style of orange wine. Notes of orchard fruits, orange peel, chamomile and honeycomb.

Vintage 2010 / made from Malvasia, Trebbiano and Oteugo. Mahony colour. Mocca in smell as well as glue. Lots of bitters.

On the nose, this Malvasia di Candia blend from Emilia-Romagna smells like driving into Palm Springs from Highway 111 with the windows down—an intoxicating breeze of squishy peaches, lemon, hot asphalt, and freshly watered lawns.
Sipping on “Ageno” tastes similarly warm, with notes of apricot, navel oranges, leather, and sweat you accidentally licked off your own face. It’s bold but with balanced acidity and finishes with sandy tannins that feel just swept off a dune.
