If I spend money on Barolo wines, because of this wine.
Look forward to drink and research La Spinetta's!

Piemonte tasting #5
10h decanting and this is still quite closed with medicinal and herbal aromas dominating. Some shy sweet peppery cherry slowly emerging.
On the palate this is spicy, grippy, tannic and not overly acidic. Much more full & modern vs you everyday Barolo, with the tannins a bit dry from the oak, very drinkable though.
Needs much more time but delicious nevertheless.
