Light straw gold color. Aromas of white flowers, pears, fresh herbs, orange zest and juicy green apple. Flavors of pears, unripe red grapefruit, green apple, minerals, ginger and fresh herbs. Light bodied with crisp acidity. Fresh, bright and lively. Nice balance of fruit and savory. Revisited with n March 2025. Simply terrific!
