Earthy mushroom and rich texture

Spicy and mineral. Berries and earth. Lovely "sweet" aromatic brett, or so it seems. Now to 2030 or so.

Seriously structured and youthfully tight; even backward at this stage. Herbaceous additions add complexity to its cores of red berries, soft spices and wet autumn leaves covering fresh earthy black truffles. Great acidity and iron-like minerality dominate the enveloping finish.

Restrained fruit, a bit tannic with nice acidity - this is a 2009 - should have opened in 5 yrs

Powerful aroma and concentration! Very dark cherry and violet flavor. Still fresh. Good match with roast duck. Temperature is raising, complexity showed up. Its fineness is remarkable. @, Vinsenble, 190815
