Strikingly pale color....nearly colorless actually. This bottle is all about dat chalk. We’re talking minerals for dayz with zippy, lip-smacking lime citrus. My kind of Chablis and from a co-op of all places. First time trying anything from this vineyard. Hopefully not the last.

Strong, classic effort from a quality-minded co-op. Côte de Léchet is on the left bank of the Serein, near Milly & across from the Grand Crus. Improved for two days.
