Just the way a CDP should smell like.

Saline forefront, medium bodied with dark dried fruits, mint, anise, ole battery acidity.

Lingering licorice, and stirring acidity

TW; ruby; red fruit, cherry, spice, earthy, oak.; enjoyed with ribeye.

2011. Quite interesting. I get leather and smoke followed by dark chocolate. Barnyard and earth for sure. Wishing for a steak with it but alas, on lockdown.

I'm drinking more French wine and I'm loving it.
