Clear shiny yellow color. Smells of celery brine, apple core with lime citrus zest. Quick sharp acid and a light body. A refeshing alternative to fuller styles. Opened 4/21/17

Vivid straw yellow with crisp citrus aromas. On the palate apple and peach flavors with citrus zest. A consistent offering from La Cana. On the medium finish some mineral notes come through on the ending. Nice value.
