Beautifully crisp and dry, the 2008 Campaniae was minerally, briny, lightly toasty and had a super-fine mousse. Just delicious, especially alongside a caviar set up.

Wonderful yeasty bread dough nose, highlighted by hints of caramelized lemon and honey. At the moment this wine is drinking beautifully; luscious, creamy and dense midpalate. Lemon curd, grilled pine apple and a pinch of spicy/herbal seasonings. Just a nutty hint of evolution present. Very, very nice.
