Incredibly good stuff. Mouth coating richness but lightened by the mousse at the same time. Orchard fruit and baking spice, lime zest.

Just a little too much dosage for my liking, but I think with food it would be a great one.

Interesting field blend, all three vintages have a cheese aroma. This was my fave, makes sense since it's brut nature!
