Nose: yellow flowers. A bit reticent.
Palate: stone fruits. Nectarine. Apricot. Bright acidity. Very very tasty. A bit monolithic on open.

Pop and pour. Glorious nose with lemon, lemon oil, peach, loads of wet stone, dripping with minerality. On the palate: acidity softer than this wine deserves, loads of wet stone, citrus oil, underripe peach. Density is amazing...and so long on the finish.

Feb 11th, 2022Pop and pour. That disappeared fast. I wanted.to follow it over several days, but it was just too drinkable. Notes from 2 hrs open. On the nose: almond cream, soft lemon, peach, sweet thyme...some soft petrol.notes at first blew off quickly. On the palate: fantastic acidity, dripping with liquified rocks, dense lemon, sour peach...amazing density and weight. So yummy.

Fresh and light with flowers and meadow herbs and some shy peach.
On the palate very pure and with a drink ability of crystal clean spring water. And then the power of Riesling shines through with steely lemons, peaches and slate, and this white flower Charme that started in the nose. This sings already and will definitely improve. The best in the tasting perhaps?
