Bought off the Saison list, pop n pour. Youthful in color and in the nose. Notes of green apple, citrus, and with air some bread notes come on. Still a baby, needs some age to gain more complexity and will certainly get better over time.

Delicious! Apricots, straw, brioche, and lemon zest. Still partial to Kristal, but this is way up there. On a par with Pol Roger Winston Churchill (although a different flavor profile).
