nutty, soft toasty notes, decent fizz. Fine acidity Lovely and harmonious. Really pretty and defined. Fantastic.

Medium gold with more active bubbles than the 90 Dom next to it. More intense and complex nose. Notes of stones, citrus, some mushroom, toasted nuts and a little old ripe apple. Nice richness and mousse in the mouth, with a solid line of acidity to deliver a balanced overall impression. With air this became more creamy and enjoyable. Great stuff, paired well against tuna tartare and some other appetizers. (Bday 2 of 13)

Wow, serious stuff. So rich, powerful and delicious. Hard to beat vintage Krug in a great year

Quite the polar opposite of 2004 Salon, this 1990 Krug is about a rich and dense as it gets. Cakey, chewy and totally open, perhaps in its zenith.

Wow- a power house yet plenty of subtlety as well. Acidity is fully on display. Citrus, dark bread, hints of ginger and nuts. Could go for many years more.

Medium gold color. Darker than the 95. Small fine bubbles. Notes of lemon, apples and river stone. Toasty in the mouth. With air this developed a pleasant creaminess and grew in complexity.

Could drink this all night. Reminds me of bananas foster.

So fresh, vibrant and perfect. Could last so much longer
