Ripe pear, stewed pear, sultana raisin. Vanilla. Thai basil. Toffee. Subdued notes of oak. Very well balanced acidity to go with such rich fruit notes.

The first non-Riesling spätlese I’ve tried. Green apple, pineapple, super clean and fresh. Very fragrant and nice long finish. Excellent!

Jan 11th, 2020Green apple peel and hints of watermelon on the nose meets a bracingly elegant, clean Chardonnay on the nose with a beautifully integrated acidity, floral notes, and just a hint of sour yeast. Refreshing without being too insubstantial.
