Strong petrol notes, similar to Alsatian Rieslings with the characteristic lime or Aussie ones. Also features aromas of grapefruit and hints of pineapple.

Honey and slightly tart yellow apple. Wet, mildewing straw aroma.
Taste is more honeyed apple, the straw flavor is falling apart a bit, becoming faintly mineral-y and mildew-y.. Definite butter note. Off dry, prickly acidity with a creamy body. Honeyed nutty finish that lasts a good bit. Maybe getting a little old.

Tons of petrol and remains acidic and tight until the 3rd day: then a hint of barely ripe peach on nose but otherwise tart lemons and crushed gravel. Could benefit massively from a bit of juice/rs
