good, but a little too tanniny for me

Can’t go wrong with this. Does’t try hard but puts up the what you need. Double cheeseburger perfect pairing

Red dark cherry and red fruit medley, açaí berries on the nose and the palate, mushrooms and earthy on the mid-range of the palate. Dry and smooth to the very end. Medium plus tannins. Some hints of thyme and red peppers. Approachable and easy to drink

With a pork chop at Posana. Medium ruby, nice nose of bright red fruit, flowers. Cherry fruit up front, medium acidity, tannins fairly light and soft. Easy drinking and paired well.

Food centric. Dry! But amazing bouquet.
