Sanct Valentin Südtirol - Alto Adige Blauburgunder Pinot Nero

Leaner overall compared to the Riserva, with more structure and grip. That could end up showing like a rock star as the evening progresses.

Brilliant mature warming balsamic wine. Well gauged oak. At peak now (or 1/2y past). Alto Adige Pinot Noir grossly underrated.

Beautiful aromas but sadly they faded quite quickly after opening.

Pleasant. Very strong aroma. Not stellar to my taste

(17/20) Красивый и элегантный аромат вишни, малины и красных цветов. Лёгкое тело, свежая кислотность, нежные танины. Вишня, малина и молочный шоколад во вкусе. Весьма приятный пино нуар.

Clean crisp finish👍🏻

Гранат бледен. Пышное животное, перезрелая малина, фиалка. Танин гладок, кислотность средняя. Чуть грубоват.
