Schieferkristall Trocken Riesling

Chiseled to perfection. In a great spot but not letting up. Lime and underripe tropics. Slate. This producer does no wrong.

Lots of zippy lime and slate/mineral. Lovely stuff!

White flowers jasmine apples and tea, maybe 7 grams of rs. Rich and delicious not cloying

Textually lacy, beaming acid, very mineral, crumbled wet slate all over. The palate is tense yet delicate, hallmark Ruwer character. 7.7g/l RS, this is trocken and done so well, nothing hollow or missing, just nervy and vivacious Riesling. Ripe white peach, kiwi, crisp green apple, limes, slate and lemon.

Very dry and minerally with lots of shale poking through. Perhaps a touch thin (or delicate...) but really expresses the shale completely - wet rocks in a serious way.

White grapefruit, rubber, green apples. Incredible.

Honeysuckle freshly cut skin meets sage meets minerality. That complex and refreshing thing really got a grip on my taste and intellect.
