Smoke, mineral and petrol makes this like standing next to a burning tiki torch while eating a slice of cold key lime pie. Bright acidity, bone dry, intense fruit flavors and long finish. Paired with Szechuan.

Sizzling zesty palate of lemon/lime and white peach. Nose is broad and a touch rosey. Spatlese Trocken at 12%. Ooh la la.

Sick. What acid. Earthy, mineral and a hit of petroleum. Really lovely fresh rain in a meadow aromas. Fresh mint. Lemon-tarragon. Palate is electric and explosive. Long, elegant. Stunning.

WOW. What a wine. A delicious conundrum. Nose is honeyed apricots, canned peaches and lemon curd. Don't be fooled by the spätlese label, this wine is bone dry. Carrying a trocken classification of RS, this wine is all fruit and minerality upfront and crushing acid on the finish.
