No better way to celebrate #Paris than with a glass of this #beaujolaisnouveau a week after the attacks. Obviously fruit forward, but with some underlying complexity and good mouthfeel. #beaujolais

Another beautiful glouglou, real early wine, with a natural spirit. Purity of the fruit. Intoxicating nose between juicy red fruits and flowers. Light, few tannins. The freshness is very well adjusted and confusing with the peppery notes giving the La to this tasting. To drink not so fresh. Perefect pairing with sushis and japonese food.
Encore un beau glouglou, vrai vin primeur, à l’esprit très nature. Pureté du fruit. Nez enivrant entres fruits rouges juteux et fleurs. Léger, peu de tanins. La fraîcheur est très bien réglée et confondante aux notes poivrées donnant le La à cette dégustation. À boire pas si frais.

It is difficult to pass after JP Brun and JC Lapalu, but Karim Vionnet as an admirable savoir-faire, and delivers us a floral and juicy Beaujolais Nouveau, all in generosity in the style of the character and generally its wines. Very digestible, we know in advance that we will not have tickness tomorrow. Very nice price/pleasure ratio. To consume for a year, easily.
Difficile de passer après JP Brun et JC Lapalu, mais Karim Vionnet en admirable vinificateur qu’il est nous délivré un Beaujolais Nouveau floral et juteux, tout en générosité à l’image du personnel et généralement de ses vins. Très digeste, on sent qu’on aura pas mal à la tête demain. Très beau rapport prix/plaisir. A consommer pendant un an, facilement.

Karim Vionnet is Magic! Surprisingly long in mouth for a Beaujolais Nouveau; intensely on the fruit, balanced, sublimation of grapes and soils; all in biodynamic !!! one of my favorite winemakers.
