Paired with pan fried golden eye snapper jeon with sesame flavored dipping sauce, goes well wonderfully.

Quite attractive with massive amounts of lemon and ginger on the palate, and pretty good depth. Attractive acidity gives bite.

My first Riesling from Australia out of a Joint Venture Egon Müller does in Down Under. Well made Riesling who doesn't let you feel the heat of the Australien sun. Nice acidity, a bit "hard" on the mid-palate.

So different and so good. 12 yo South Australian Riesling. Golden yellow but no old Riesling honey...more like kerosene and pear. It just doesn't finish. Thanks to Wine House Melbourne for the great recommendation ("something like Grosset Polish Hill but that I can't find outside Oz.")
