Three words for the taste: elegance, refinement and finesse. Paired it with scrambled eggs for Sunday breakfast and will accompany Spanish mussels au gratin in the afternoon. Yummie.

Fun Cava, interesting nose of pear skin and just a hint of petrol, Riesling-esque. Palate is a little bit of warm apple/pear, nice mineral balance.
