Essential Reserva Cava Xarel-lo

Vintage 2016 | Reserva | Biowine | a hommage to the grape Xarel lo, which is 100% in this Cava. Refined smell with vague yeast, citrus and a blurred impression of peach. Powerful taste with a solid body. Very high acidity. Paired yesterday with shrimp tortillas and tomato mayonaise, and for Sunday breakfast with scrambled eggs and smoked eel. I prefer this cava with food.

White chocolate, green strawberry, cranberry, eucalyptus, mint, slight bay leaf ending with white pepper and cedar.
