Vintage 2016 | Reserva | Biowine | a hommage to the grape Xarel lo, which is 100% in this Cava. Refined smell with vague yeast, citrus and a blurred impression of peach. Powerful taste with a solid body. Very high acidity. Paired yesterday with shrimp tortillas and tomato mayonaise, and for Sunday breakfast with scrambled eggs and smoked eel. I prefer this cava with food.

Good bubbles. Smooth and fruity nose, maybe caramel apple? Fruity tropical flavors. Very tasty. Nice finish. A slight step up from the dryness of a Brut.
