Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

A blend of 65% Syrah, 35% Cab Sauv, aged 21 months in 53% new French oak, deep Ruby with aromas of ripe black fruits, sweet spice and smoky cedar notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry and currants with leather, smoky vanilla and black pepper. Dusty fine chewy tannins, long finish ending with cacao, smoke and sweet herbs. A lot going on with this wine but needs a few more years in the cellar! Nice!!

For this type of "paso blend" it's damn good. 80% syrah/grenache and the rest cab and petite sirah. It's a crowd pleaser, big on the fruit and soft on the tannins. Not in a weak way though, it's still a well made wine just not one for the ages. Drink now.

Wow. Just wow. Maybe the most amazing red blend I have enjoyed in a long time! 70% Syrah, 21% Cabernet Sauvignon & 9% Petite Sirah

Leather and dark fruit scents give way to a complex mouthfeel that leads to plums, kitchen spice, and a slight tremor of tobacco. Medium body, tight tannin. A great dining wine...you can't go wrong.

Oak prominence at first, integrated nicely after with elegant earthy tones and almost chocolatey finish
