Bar none, the best 100% Cabernet I’ve had the opportunity to taste out of the Central Valley. The power and fruitiness that Paso Robles is known for, but with a European influence that softens the fruit and gives exceptional mouthfeel. This is absolutely a 10 in my book, like nothing I’ve ever had in Paso Robles, a small boutique winery that will make huge inroads into the mainstream very soon. If you haven’t heard of Benom, don’t worry, you will.....a fantastic effort from Arnaud and Guillaume Fabre. This winery will set a new bar in this region. — 7 years ago

Absolutely incredible. Went to Benom on the recommendation of a highly regarded winery manager. It did not disappoint. Absolutely in my top 3 for wineries to visit in Paso Robles. A mix of European elegance, with Paso Robles power. A fruit forward blend with an exceptional mouth feel. Get in now, this will be at the top of many wine aficionados lists in the years to come. — 7 years ago
