If I was a grape I'd love to have been picked in Bourgogne 2015 and squeezed into a bottle with a thousand of my fermented friends so that one day, in Canada, a good looking guy like myself gets to drink it. easy to drink. Not a drop of disappointment.

Standard everyday Chardonnay, always in the fridge. Forgot to take a picture of a 2014 last year, moving on to the 2015s. Relatively consistent year to year. Maybe 2015 is a bit oilier, rounder, less minerality. More floral and fruity?
