Central Coast. 2015 vintage. Simple, tart, separate bitterness in the rather short finish. Disappointing.

Even lighter than the over-used "pale straw" descriptor, so commonplace in our intoxicatingly simple lives...a silver, gray and chrome-appearing and yellowish green eminating from the glass bite the eyes even before the tart fruit and acidity mangle your tongue and cheeks. Leading the melee are way underripe peach, green and thick skinned apple and grapefruit. Hi chew candy quality melon ramps up the rear flank w an arial bombardement of the midpalate with grassy stalk of...grass.
The lemon is currently threatening me at knife point for an honorable mention.

Bought for $12 bucks to add to homemade breakfast sausage. Hate to waste so had to finish the bottle. Surprisingly good. Non sharp citrus fruit with a little cream.
