Justin & Deborah Baldwin acquired their land in 1981, planted 72 acres that year. Initially they were wine growers, then in 1987, they harvested their first grapes bottled under the Justin label. Pale lemon with tropical fruits, grassy citrus and floral scents. On the palate peach, tangy lemon citrus and melon flavors with gentle acidity. Medium+ finish ending with bright herb mineral character.

On the palate pineapple and peach flavors with citrus and some herb notes. Crisp medium finish ending with mineral notes. Nice value!

Pours straw in color. Grapefruit honey and peach aromas. Grapefruit Flavors carry over along with some slight grass and a hint of floral. Slight acidity with a medium finish.

Here's a nice American Sauvignon Blanc for the holiday. Happy 4th everyone.
Light golden in color.
Beautiful nose of tropical fruits, lemons, citrus, green apples, grapefruits, white flowers, tangerines, minerals and white pepper.
Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity and nice legs.
Dry on the palate with limes, grapefruits, citrus, green apples, sea salt, herbs and white pepper.
Nice length on the finish with grapefruit peel.
This is a great Sauvignon Blanc from California. Well balanced and enjoyable by itself or with food.
Refreshing and crisp, with a little bitterness at the ending, and nice complexity. Delicious.
I paired it with a grilled chicken salad.
14.5% (Wow) alcohol by volume.
