Really tasty, mellow and well rounded flavor. Mellow in a good way. Not super boozy. I haven’t had many “older” wines but if this is a good representation, I’ll be seeking more out. Thanks Foti! — 5 years ago

(2016 vintage - January 2021) Light and peppery but not too light. Great with spicy feta dip and pita chips. Second half of the bottle is going with a steak in about an hour. Solminer wines are some of the best on the central coast and an incredible value. I wish we could bring a case to a party. 12.5%. — 4 years ago

Very mellow but still some complexity. Seems a little older than it is which I like. Would go good with meatloaf, roast chicken or tapas. My wife said it would go good with cheese. You be the judge! — 5 years ago
