Pretty deep coloured , bright ruby , pink rim . Quite round and rich dark cherry nose , touch of cassis and violet . On the palate round dark cherry fruit , quite generous, though there is a good backbone of acidity running through this and a saline , mineral tinged finish . Alcohol is balanced and the tannins are ripe but present . Quite good length , with a finish that leaves the palate refreshed . This will probably improve over the short to medium term, 2-5 years and last a further 5-7 . Successful and enjoyable for a 2018 , shows the generous nature of the vintage (and vineyard) whilst remaining balanced and refreshing on the palate.

Excellent after 4 days open. Crunchy red fruit qt first, but now much more complex.

Color of beautiful purple with some ruby color in it, nice legs. Nose is nice with sweet dried strawberry ice cream, ripe berries, aldehyde, some refined spice, some fermented cabbage, strength of alcohol, and Coca-Cola. Taste is smooth and follows the nose, no tannins and a bit zesty, sweet berries with black pepper. Aftertaste shows some more Coca-Cola taste and clean. Light yet refreshing and decent flavors.

Mellow and velvety on the palate, with good structure underneath the sweet, juicy fruit and bright acidity nicely balancing everything out. There’s a mineral undertone, esp. towards the very long, fine finish.
Finesse, elegance and good potential for the next years. This is very satisfying and delicious. Gotta buy more!
