A really solid Chablis that had an initial carbonic quality, toned down quickly. Robust lemon oil and zest, sea spray, yellow fruit. This will benefit some age but was phenomenal with some air and chill.

More chiseled than the 2018. Preserved lemon, sea spray. Incredible, almost oily texture. Massive for villages-level Chablis. Something special.
