Julian Haart
J.J. Kabinett RIesling
Similar to last bottle but perhaps showed greater complexity. Tasty!

May 6th, 2024Not super complex but very tasty—good acidity, some minerality and citrus, and a touch of residual sugar. In my quest to find the best wine to pair with Szechuan cuisine, Riesling with this profile continues to be the leader.

Dec 11th, 2023Citrus, minerality. Great acidity that balances the RS. Delicious.

Jan 6th, 2024Great acid, lime, key lime, white flowers, peach, hint of flint. The Kabinett is noticeably sweeter than the 1,000L which I prefer, but the acidity really holds it together. Still, really impressive and great QPR.

Mar 13th, 2022Really enjoyed this bottle but I actually wanted a little more RS. Very young and probably needs time to develope and integrate. I just couldn’t wait to try it.
