May 6th, 2024Not super complex but very tasty—good acidity, some minerality and citrus, and a touch of residual sugar. In my quest to find the best wine to pair with Szechuan cuisine, Riesling with this profile continues to be the leader.

Dec 11th, 2023Oh, what a delight. Surprising effervescence initially, med+ acidity leading into med- body and sweetness. Still sweeter than I expected or would like from a kabinett, though. Bright, clean, plump stone fruits all the way through with a hint of citrus initially. Similarly fresh on the nose.

Great acid, lime, key lime, white flowers, peach, hint of flint. The Kabinett is noticeably sweeter than the 1,000L which I prefer, but the acidity really holds it together. Still, really impressive and great QPR.

Really enjoyed this bottle but I actually wanted a little more RS. Very young and probably needs time to develope and integrate. I just couldn’t wait to try it.
