Day 2 and this one is starting to really open up; aromatically complex, rich layered flavors, fairly straight forward texturally, no gaps and a little bit rough on the way out. Really pretty good now, bright future.

Whole Cluster- had a bit of grape for added terroir lol. Earthy red fruit aroma, smooth, lower acidity but thicker body.

I liked this wine, minus the over residuals from unfiltering, bretty it be. Good thing I don't mind da funk. First time ever trying Joseph Swan.

Quite ripe, clean, rich red and dark fruit aromas and flavors, shows a little heat in the finish (15% ABV), solid Russian River Syrah.
